Pickleball makes healthy people.
Being part of our Pickleball Nova Scotia community is not just good for your physical health (though it definitely is that!).
Pickleball nurtures social connections, and being a part of a supportive community contributes to a person’s wellbeing.
We’re glad you’re here!
When you hit the JOIN-RENEW button on the Pickleball Canada website it is your one-stop location for joining a club (if you wish to belong to one), your provincial or territorial pickleball organization, and Pickleball Canada. This is called the Pickleball Canada National System (PCNS).
To join Pickleball Canada you must also join your provincial or territorial sports organization (PTSO) – other than if you live in NWT or Nunavut.
If you are not a resident of Canada, you would select “Non-Canadian resident” under the Province drop-down.
You do not have to join a club – when it asks for your club you would select “V-Club ‘Province’ (I don’t belong to a club)”
Our Membership calendar year runs from January 1st to December 31st. For anyone joining or renewing after September 1st, your fee will cover you for the remainder of that year and all of the next year. It will then continue to be an annual renewal each year on January 1st.
The annual fee is only $16.42: $10 pays for your Pickleball Canada (PCO) membership, $5 pays for your Pickleball Nova Scotia (PNS) membership, and a small amount is for a service charge and tax totaling $1.42.
NOTE: If you are joining through a local Pickleball club in your community that charges an annual club fee and those club fees are being collected through the PCO website, your club membership fee will be shown as an additional charge to the $16.42.
